I am a software engineer, living and working in Switzerland. I have experience working in both industry and finance. My know-how includes programming in C++, C# .NET and SQL on Windows, Linux and UNIX platforms.
I started working on JHT while in transition. Upon searching for a new challenge, I discovered after a while that it was not so simple keeping track of multiple job applications, contacts, agents and agencies. I tried various existing programs but most forced me to always be online, connected to the internet and keep my data in the cloud. Something that I was discouraged to do. Eventually, after not finding anything suitalbe, I decided why not create my own software to do the job.
So using my programming skills I implemented JHT in C# .NET as a WPF desktop application. No need to be connected to the internet. No need for a database. Everything locally on my computer in an organized manner. After a while I got to thinking that others seeking a new job may also be interested in JHT. So here it is. My gift to all job seekers.
WT is a software to keep track of the work times among one or more employments. It can also be used to keep track of working hours for projects and customers
WT is implemented in C# .NET as a WPF desktop application. No need to be connected to the internet. My gift to all employed.
