Upon searching for a new challenge, I discovered after a while that it was not so simple keeping track of multiple job applications, contacts, agents, agencies, telephone calls and meetings. I tried various existing programs but most forced me to always be online and keep my private data in some cloud platform. Something that I was strongly discouraged to do. After not finding anything suitalbe, I decided why not create my own software to do the job.
Consequently I have implemented JHT, utilizing Microsoft C# .NET, as a stand alone WPF desktop Windows application. No need to be constantly connected and exposed to the internet. Everything kept locally on the desktop in an organized manner. Most of all, it meets my requirment to keep my activity and personal data private and secure. After a while I got to thinking that others, seeking a new change in career, may also be interested in JHT. So here it is. My one of a kind gift to all job seekers.
